Good Morning Sunshine!
That’s how I was going to greet you on this Monday morning.
That didn’t happen because we are having serious technological problems.
I’ll explain later.
In the meantime I wanted to share this clementine smoothie with you.
I saw this at Cookie and Kate and it looked so good I had to have some.
After all it is flu season! Get some vitamin C in you stat!
They are also good for happy hour with a shot of vodka – that’s how I had my clementine smoothie tonight!
Now I feel better.
- 4 clementine
- 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/4 cup ice
- dash of salt
- Peel clementine and run through juicer
- Transfer juice to blender
- Add ice, soy milk and salt
- Blend until combined and ice is the texture you like
