Happy Monday! I’m a little late to the party this morning because I spent all my time watching football yesterday and MY PANTHERS ARE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL! Woot! Sorry for shouting, but we’re all super excited here in the Carolinas.
We’re going to keep things short and simple today because it’s Monday and see above. Never in the history of this here website (I think) have I ever shared just a salad dressing sans salad. I’m not sure that this is a legit post, but we’re doing it anyway because this is my party and I’ll post what I want to. You dig?
This Honey Dijon Salad Dressing works either on a salad, as a marinade, or you could use it as a dipping sauce if you want to. I’ve made it several times over the last year or so and it rocks our world. We’ve had it on shrimp, chicken, and salmon topped salads and it’s delicious on everything.
I almost always make our own salad dressings. The exception is when we want Blue Cheese. I always have a jar of the stuff from the produce section in my fridge. Don’t judge me. And I know that a jar of salad dressing is not the sexiest thing to see on a Monday, but it’s fast, easy, delicious, and totally worth sharing. Have a great week, y’all!
P.S. Don’t forget about the giveaway! It ends on Wednesday and one lucky winner will receive a $700 Amazon gift card!
