Since we’ve already trashed this week by starting out with beer and donuts on Monday, let’s just keep going with some S’mores Martinis and just call it booze week. You dig?
I don’t know about y’all, and I know I always say this, but I sure am ready for the weekend! It’s been tough going over here with all this trying to eat healthy during the week ’cause I’ve been complaining that my pants don’t fit for approximately 9.467 months and haven’t done anything about it until now.
All I’ve been eating are salads and fish during the week and dreaming of the beautiful weekend of stuffing my face into donuts, boozy ice cream, and chocolate-y, sticky, gooey, marshmallow-y S’mores Martinis.
I gotta be honest here too. I don’t even really love marshmallows. It’s a texture thing. But I’m serious as a train wreck when I tell you that when that stuff gets all melted and toasty I don’t know what in tarnation comes over me, but that stuff is DELICIOUS! Combine it with some chocolate booze and I’m a goner. No self control. Zero.
If you’re not busting out of your pants and don’t have to wait until the weekend to have yourself some indulgent S’mores Martinis, I highly recommend you get your self to the booze store STAT then swing by your local Publix or Teeter for some fluff, marshmallows, and graham crackers or crumbs – I usually get those ’cause I’m totally lazy and usually in a hurry to get to the good stuff and not necessarily in the mood for graham smashing. Although it depends on the kind of day I’ve had. Or how fast I need that martini in hand and down the hatch. Sometimes a good graham smashing is good for the mental health.
Sigh…. Is it Friday yet?

Rachelle, you are seriously too funny, girl!! Your week/weekend sounds a lot like mine. During the week, I eat super healthy. And, then on the weekend, I’m like where’s the fries? Where’s the nachos? Wine! That’s why I try to stick to the treadmill to burn dem calories, lol. I like your thinking….start the week off with donuts and end with a martini. Yeap, sounds like a plan. This one looks super indulgent and loving that rim!

Haha! A good graham smashing can definitely improve the day…no matter what’s been happening so far. Just beat that graham into smitherines, and then add it to this s’mores martini. I love this idea, and I’m thinking I need one of these tonight for Thirsty Thursday. (Yup, we do indeed celebrate that holiday in our house. Weekly.) Great photos, by the way!

Hahahah, you are a humorous girl, Rachel. Everything you make looks so inviting and delicious! Love this martini! I wish I could grab one for myself RIGHT now! Have a lovely weekend! 🙂

Hahahahaha. You always crack me up, chicka! I feel you on not fitting into your pants.. although that doesn’t stop me from eating and drinking ALL the naughty things humanly possible! And omg, marshmallows not toasted or in something like a rice krispy – I can’t. So I feel you. But toasted in a smores or used in a freakin’ fabulous drink like this martini?! YESSSSSS! All day long, and especially on the weekend, YES! LOVE this martini!! I have some white chocolate liqueur that I’m going to use instead of the Creme de Cocoa (because you know I can’t have that), but me and this drink have a date tomorrow night! SUPER excited! Pinned! Cheers, lovely!

OMG! I adore chocolate booze. It’s so awesome in coffee, in a martini, or straight up over ice. Totally psyched that I have another martini recipe to use it in! Yay me!!!! It’s not Friday yet but who cares? This should be drunk any and every day of the week 🙂
All That I'm Eating
There are no words. This looks amazing, what a brilliant idea!

Haha this did make me laugh. It also made me realised that I REALLY need to try some s’mores. It needs to happen this weekend.

Chocolate martinis are my favorite. S’mores Martini? MIND BLOWING!
This is amazing, my friend. I wish you lived close by so I could come over. 😛

Oh my gosh. You don’t know how much I appreciate this s’mores martini. Anything s’mores flavored only lasts five seconds around me. And I totally get that melty, gooey thing. That’s my weekness too. I recently lost a few pounds, so let’s see if I can gain it back with this delicious fella. ????

Oh, my goodness. I just saw this and knew I HAD TO HAVE IT. This Friday, it’s happening. I cannot WAIT!
