It’s Christmas eve, friends!  I know everyone has a lot going on with family, wrapping presents, sleigh bells, and getting ready for Santa, but I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas with one last very easy holiday dessert that’s a family favorite!

This is my hijacked version of Aunt Mary’s Peanut Butter Pie.

Yeah.  Totally guilty.  Cool Whip and Hershey’s syrup.  Don’t judge me.

I told you it’s easy.  No joke.  I hijacked Aunt Mary’s recipe by doubling it and making it with a chocolate graham crust in a spring form pan, but you can totally half everything and throw it into a prepared regular pie crust.

So if you need a quick, easy, and last minute dessert to bring to your Christmas festivities, I got your back.  DO IT, YO!  Or DO IT!  HO HO HO!

This is what was left after my family got their hands on it.

Merry Christmas, y’all!

Dudette, no judgement here! Sometimes a little cool whip is needed in one’s life! 😉 Peanut butter pie makes me weak in the knees, but you put cocoa in this dang pie! Woman, why do you do this to me? Probably for the best, because at the rate I’m going I’m going to have to run a million marathons to fit back into my jeans. Lol. Boy would love this pie though, and I love looking at it… whiLe I bang my head against every hard object for being allergic to chocolate. Hope you have the most wonderful Christmas, Rachelle! Xoxo

Dude. You can totally leave the cocoa out and it will still be AH-MAZ-ING! I appreciate the no judgment zone. And maybe we can train together because I’m so far beyond jeans fitting! Happy Holidays, friend! XOXO

This peanut butter pie looks wild! This is surprisingly healthy- love the use of the whipped topping for that creamy texture 🙂 You just can’t go wrong with peanut butter 🙂

I’m waaay behind on posting so I’m pretending it’s Xmas Eve…YES to peanut butter pie in a chocolate graham cracker crust. I would make this for Santa and then eat it all up, just leaving a few crumbs behind on the pie plate for him to lick up. #badgirl #santastoofatanyways #thankyouauntmary

This recipe is very similar to one that my aunt always makes! Everyone always loves it too – so no judgements here! I’m totally behind on commenting – I read this post on christmas eve and commented in my mind hahaha. So I hope you had a Merry Christmas Rachelle!
